Fill wi\bh de\bergen\b 
1. Open the lid.
2. Fill the detergent dispenser (1)
with detergent. The m\frking
indic\ftes the dosing levels:20 = \fpproxim\ftely 20 g of
detergent
30 = \fpproxim\ftely 30 g of
detergent
3. All progr\fmmes with prew\fsh need \fn \fddition\fl detergent dose
(5/10 g) th\ft m\bst be pl\fced in the
prew\fsh detergent ch\fmber (2).
This detergent will t\fke effect
d\bring the prew\fsh ph\fse.
When \bsing detergent t\fblets;
pl\fce the t\fblet in comp\frtment (1)
4. Close the lid \fnd press \bntil it locks in pl\fce.

Detergent t\fblets from different
m\fn\bf\fct\bres dissolve \ft different
r\ftes. For this re\fson, some detergent
t\fblets do not \ftt\fin their f\bll cle\fning
power d\bring short w\fshing
progr\fmmes. Therefore, ple\fse \bse
long w\fshing progr\fmmes when
\bsing detergent t\fblets, to ens\bre the
complete remov\fl of detergent
resid\b\fls.
Use o\f combi de\bergen\b \bable\bs
These prod\bcts \fre detergents with \f
combined cle\fning, rinsing \fnd s\flt
f\bnctions. They c\fn \flso cont\fin other
different \fgents depending on which
kind of t\fblets yo\b choose («3 in 1»,
«4 in 1», «5 in 1» etc...).
1. Check whether these detergents
\fre s\bit\fble for yo\br w\fter
h\frdness. Follow the
m\fn\bf\fct\brers instr\bctions.
The refilling of the s\flt cont\finer \fnd
the rinse \fid dispenser \fre no longer
necess\fry. In this c\fse the rinse \fid
indic\ftor light will \flw\fys rem\fin
ill\bmin\fted when the m\fchine is
switched on.
2. Select the lowest setting for w\fter h\frdness \fnd rinse \fid dos\fge.
3. Before the st\frt of the w\fshing progr\fmme p\bt the combi
detergent t\fblet in the detergent
dispenser.
I\f you decide \bo \burn back \bo \bhe
use o\f \bhe s\bandard de\bergen\b
sys\bem we advise \bha\b you:
1. Fill \bp the dispensers for s\flt \fndrinse \fid \fg\fin.
2. Adj\bst the w\fter h\frdness setting to the highest setting \fnd perform
1 norm\fl w\fshing progr\fmme
witho\bt lo\fding \fny dishes.
3. Adj\bst the w\fter h\frdness setting \fccording to the h\frdness of the
w\fter in yo\br \fre\f.
4. Adj\bst the rinse \fid dos\fge.
If the drying res\blts \fre not
s\ftisf\fctory we recommend th\ft yo\b:
1. Fill \bp the rinse \fid dispenser with rinse \fid.
2. Set the rinse \fid dos\fge to position 2.

Selec\b and s\bar\b a washing
programme
1. Check th\ft the b\fskets h\fve been
lo\fded correctly \fnd th\ft the spr\fy
\frms \fre free to rot\fte
2. Check th\ft the w\fter t\fp is opened
3. Close the dishw\fsher’s door.
4. T\brn the progr\fmme knob \bntil the progr\fmme m\frker corresponds
with the desired progr\fmme (see
"W\fshing progr\fmmes" ch\frt). 
The On/Off indic\ftor light
ill\bmin\ftes.
The indic\ftor lights of the ph\fses
foreseen for the progr\fmme st\frt
fl\fshing.
5. Press the st\frt/c\fncel b\btton, the progr\fmme st\frts \f\btom\ftic\flly
\fnd the st\frt/c\fncel indic\ftor light
ill\bmin\ftes.
As soon \fs the progr\fmme st\frts,
the ph\fse indic\ftor lights t\brn off
except for the indic\ftor light for the
ph\fse in progress which will
rem\fin lit with \f st\ftic light.
D\bring the r\bnning of the
progr\fmme, it is not possible to
ch\fnge the selection m\fde by
t\brning the progr\fmme knob in
correspondence of \fnother
progr\fmme or the Off position.
If yo\b w\fnt to ch\fnge the r\bnning
progr\fmme yo\b m\bst c\fncel the
selection m\fde (see "C\fncel \f
w\fshing progr\fmme in progress").
Se\b\bing and s\bar\bing \bhe programme
wi\bh "delay s\bar\b"
Allows the st\frt of the progr\fmme
to be del\fyed by 3 ho\brs.
1. After h\fving selected the w\fshing progr\fmme, press the del\fy st\frt
b\btton. 
The corresponding indic\ftor light
ill\bmin\ftes.
2. Press the st\frt/c\fncel b\btton, the co\bntdown of the del\fy st\frt
begins \f\btom\ftic\flly.
The ph\fse indic\ftor lights t\brn off.
The opening of the door will
interr\bpt the co\bntdown. Close the
door; the co\bntdown will contin\be
from the point \ft which it w\fs
interr\bpted.
Once the del\fy st\frt h\fs el\fpsed
the w\fshing progr\fmme will st\frt
\f\btom\ftic\flly, the del\fy st\frt
indic\ftor light t\brns off while the
indic\ftor light of the ph\fse in
progress ill\bmin\ftes.

Cancel a washing programme in
progress
Press the s\bar\b/cancel  b\btton for
\fbo\bt 5 seconds. The st\frt/c\fncel
indic\ftor light t\brns off \fnd the
ph\fse indic\ftor lights \fre fl\fshing.
The r\bnning progr\fmme h\fs been
c\fncelled \fnd it is now possible to
set \f new w\fshing progr\fmme or
switch off the m\fchine.
If \f new w\fshing progr\fmme is to
be selected, check th\ft there is
detergent in the detergent
dispenser.
End o\f \bhe washing programme
The dishw\fsher will \f\btom\ftic\flly
stop.
The  end o\f programme indic\ftor
light will ill\bmin\fte.
1. Switch off the dishw\fsher by ret\brning the progr\fmme knob to
the Off position. The On/Off
indic\ftor light t\brns off.
2. Open the dishw\fsher’s door, le\fve it \fj\fr \fnd w\fit \f few min\btes
before removing the dishes; in this
w\fy they will be cooler \fnd the
drying will be improved.
In\berrup\b or cancel a washing
programme in progress ONLY i\f i\b’s
absolu\bely necessary.
A\b\ben\bion! Ho\b s\beam may escape
when \bhe door is opened. Open \bhe
door care\fully.
In\berrup\b a washing programme in
progress:
Open the dishw\fsher door; the
progr\fmme will stop. Close the
door; the progr\fmme will st\frt from
the point \ft which it w\fs
interr\bpted.
The w\fshing progr\fmme or the
co\bntdown of the del\fy st\frt will
begin only \ffter h\fving pressed
the st\frt/c\fncel b\btton. Until th\ft
moment it is possible to modify the
selection m\fde.
Cancelling \bhe "delay s\bar\b"
Press the st\frt/c\fncel b\btton for
\fbo\bt 5 seconds, the indic\ftor
lights of  s\bar\b/cancel \fnd delay
s\bar\b  b\bttons t\brn off while the
indic\ftor lights of the ph\fses st\frt
fl\fshing.
To st\frt the selected w\fshing
progr\fmme press the  s\bar\b/cancel
b\btton.

Unloading \bhe dishwasher
Hot dishes \fre sensitive to knocks.
The dishes sho\bld therefore be
\fllowed to cool down before
removing from the \fppli\fnce.
Empty the lower b\fsket first \fnd
then the \bpper one; this will \fvoid
w\fter dripping from the \bpper
b\fsket onto the dishes in the lower
one.
W\fter m\fy \fppe\fr on the sides
\fnd the door of the dishw\fsher \fs
the st\finless steel will event\b\flly
become cooler th\fn the dishes.
When \bhe washing programme has
\finished, i\b is recommended \bha\b
\bhe dishwasher is unplugged and
\bhe wa\ber \bap \burned o\f\f.

Cleaning \bhe \fil\bers
The filters m\bst be checked \fnd
cle\fned from time to time. Dirty filters
will degr\fde the w\fshing res\blt.
Be\fore cleaning \bhe \fil\bers ensure
\bha\b \bhe machine is swi\bched o\f\f.
1. Open the door, remove the lower
b\fsket.
2. The dishw\fsher filter system comprises \f co\frse filter (A), \f
microfilter ( B) \fnd \f fl\ft filter.
Unlock the filter system \bsing the
h\fndle on the microfilter.
3. T\brn the h\fndle \fbo\bt 
1/4\f t\brn
\fnticlockwise \fnd remove the filter
system.
C\fre \fnd cle\fning
4. T\fke hold of the co\frse filter (A) by the h\fndle with the hole \fnd
remove from the microfilter ( B).
5. Cle\fn \fll filters thoro\bghly \bnder r\bnning w\fter.
6. Remove the fl\ft filter from the b\fse of the w\fshing comp\frtment
\fnd cle\fn both f\fces thoro\bghly.
7. P\bt the fl\ft filter b\fck in the b\fse of the w\fshing comp\frtment \fnd
ens\bre th\ft it fits perfectly.
8. Pl\fce the co\frse filter ( A) in the
microfilter ( B) \fnd press together.
9. P\bt the filter combin\ftion in pl\fce \fnd lock by t\brning the h\fndle
clockwise to the stop. D\bring this
process ens\bre th\ft the fl\ft filter
does not protr\bde \fbove the b\fse
of the w\fshing comp\frtment.
NEVER use the dishwasher without
filters. Incorrect repositioning and
fitting of the filters will produce poor
washing results and will result in
damage to the appliance.

Fros\b precau\bions 
Avoid pl\fcing the m\fchine in \f
loc\ftion where the temper\ft\bre is
below 0°C. If this is \bn\fvoid\fble,
empty the m\fchine, close the
\fppli\fnce door, disconnect the w\fter
inlet pipe \fnd empty it. 
Moving \bhe machine 
If yo\b h\fve to move the m\fchine
(moving ho\bse etc....): 
1. Unpl\bg it.
2. T\brn the w\fter t\fp off.
3. Remove the w\fter inlet \fnd
disch\frge hoses.
4. P\bll the m\fchine o\bt together with the hoses. 
Avoid over tilting the m\fchine d\bring
tr\fnsport\ftion. 
NEVER \bry \bo remove \bhe spray
arms.
If resid\bes of soil h\fve clogged the
holes in the spr\fy \frms, remove them
with \f cockt\fil stick.
Ex\bernal cleaning
Cle\fn the extern\fl s\brf\fces of the
m\fchine \fnd control p\fnel with \f
d\fmp soft cloth. If necess\fry \bse only
ne\btr\fl detergents. Never \bse
\fbr\fsive prod\bcts, sco\bring p\fds or
solvent (\fcetone, trichloroethylene
etc....). 
Ens\bre th\ft the se\fls \fro\bnd the
door, the detergent \fnd rinse \fid
dispensers \fre cle\fned reg\bl\frly with
\f d\fmp cloth.
We recommend every 3 months to
r\bn the w\fsh progr\fmme for he\fvy
soiled dishes \bsing detergent b\bt
witho\bt dishes.
Prolonged periods o\f non-
opera\bion 
If yo\b \fre not \bsing the m\fchine for
\fny period of time yo\b \fre \fdvised to: 
1. Unpl\bg the \fppli\fnce \fnd then t\brn off the w\fter. 
2. Le\fve the door \fj\fr to prevent the form\ftion of \fny \bnple\fs\fnt
smells. 
3. Le\fve the inside of the m\fchine cle\fn.

Cert\fin problems \fre d\be to the l\fck of simple m\finten\fnce or oversights,
which c\fn be solved with the help of the indic\ftions described in the ch\frt,
witho\bt c\flling o\bt \fn engineer.
Switch off the dishw\fsher, open the door \fnd c\frry o\bt the following s\bggested
corrective \fctions.

properly closed.
Close the door.
The m\fin pl\bg is not pl\bgged in.
Insert the m\fin pl\bg.
Del\fy st\frt h\fs been set.
If dishes \fre to be w\fshed immedi\ftely,
c\fncel the del\fy st\frt.
The f\bse h\fs blown o\bt in the ho\bsehold
f\bse box.
Repl\fce the f\bse.
Once these checks h\fve been c\frried
o\bt; close the dishw\fsher’s door \fnd
switch on the \fppli\fnce (remember to
position the progr\fmme knob in
correspondence with the progr\fmme
th\ft w\fs r\bnning before the
intervention of the \fl\frm). 
Press the s\bar\b/cancel b\btton. 
The progr\fmme will contin\be from the
point \ft which it w\fs interr\bpted. 
If the m\flf\bnction or f\f\blt code
re\fppe\frs cont\fct the Service Force
Centre. 
For other f\f\blt codes not described in
the \fbove ch\frt, ple\fse cont\fct yo\br
