Remove the lens cap and reposition the projector closer to or further from the
screen as necessary for the screen and new lens type. For example, if using a
2.5:1 lens, throw distance should be roughly equal to 2.5

2. The projection room may be too bright. Lower the intensity of projection
room lighting and reduce light reflections as much as possible.
3. The projector may be too far from the screen. Move the projector closer.
4. The location of the audience with respect to the screen may not be ideal.
Make sure the audience is within the viewing angle set by the projector and
screen position, and the screen type.
