The instructions for settin\b this up depend on whether you are usin\b Windows Vista to confi\bure the Router or third party software. Ini\fial Rou\fer Configura\fion for Wi-Fi Pro\fec\fion When you first set up the Router, Wi-Fi protection is disab\fed and unconfi\bured. To enjoy the benefits of Wi-Fi protection, the Router must be both enab\fed and confi\bured. There are three basic methods to accomp\fish this: use Windows Vista’s bui\ft-in support for WCN 2.0, use software provided by a third party, or use the traditiona\f Ethernet approach. If you are runnin\b Windows Vista, tick the Enab\fe checkbox on the Wireless Ne\fwor\b window.
