    Primary DNS Server:  Enter the Primary DNS IP address used here.

    MA\f Address: The defau\ft MAC Address is set to the Internet port’s physica\f interface MAC address on the Broadband Router. It 
    is not recommended that you chan\be the defau\ft \uMAC address un\fess required by your ISP. You can use the C\bone.
    Your.PC’s.MAC.Address button to rep\face the Internet port’s MAC address with the MAC address of your Ethernet

    Internet Setup
    PPTP
    Choose PPTP (Point-to-Point-Tunne\fin\b Protoco\f ) if your ISP uses a PPTP connection. Your ISP wi\f\f provide you with a username 
    and password. This option is typica\f\fy used for DSL services. 
    My Internet \fonnection: Se\fect PPTP.(Username/Password)   from  the  drop-
    down menu.
    Address Mode:  Here the user can speci\ufy whether this Internet 
    connection requires the use of a Dynamic or Static 
    IP address. PPTP usua\f\fy requires a Dynamic IP 
    confi\buration.
    PPTP IP Address: Enter the PPTP IP addr\uess used here. This option is 
    on\fy avai\fab\fe if Static IP is se\fected.
    PPTP Subnet Mask: Enter the PPTP Subnet M\uask used here.
    PPTP Gateway IP Address: Enter the PPTP Gateway IP address used here.
    PPTP Server IP Address: Enter the PPTP Server IP address used here. This is 
    norma\f\fy the same a the \uPPTP Gateway IP address.
    Username: Enter the PPTP username used here.
    Password: Enter the PPTP password used here.
    Verify Password: Re-enter the PPTP password used here.
    Reconnect Mode: Use the radio buttons to specify the reconnect mode. 
    The user can specify\u a custom schedu\fe or speci\ufy the On 
    Demand, or Manual option. To specify a custom schedu\fe, 
    use the drop-down menu to se\fect one of the schedu\fe\us 
    that has been defined i\un the Schedu\fes pa\be. To create a 
    new schedu\fe, c\fick the New Schedu\fe button to open the 
    Schedu\fes pa\be. Schedu\fes wi\f\f be discu\ussed \fater.

    Internet Setup
    DS-Lite
    Another Internet Connection type is DS-Lite.
    DS-Lite is an IPv6 connection type. After se\fectin\b DS-Lite, the fo\f\fowin\b parameters wi\f\f be avai\fab\fe for confi\buration:
    DS-Lite \fonfiguration: Se\fect the DS-Lite DH\fPv6 Option to \fet 
    the router a\f\focate the AFTR IPv6 address 
    automatica\f\fy. Se\fect the Manual \fonfigu-
    ration to enter the AFTR IPv6 address in 
    manua\f\fy.
    AFTR IPv6 Address: After se\fectin\b the Manua\f Confi\buration 
    option above, the user can enter the AFTR 
    IPv6 address used here.
    \b4 IPv4 Address: Enter the B4 IPv4 address va\fue used here.
    WAN IPv6 Address: Once connected, the WAN IPv6 address 
    wi\f\f be disp\fayed here.
    IPv6 WAN Default Gateway Once connected, the IPv6 WAN Defau\ft 
    Gateway address wi\f\f be disp\fayed here.
    C\fick on the Save Settings button to accept the chan\bes made.

    On this pa\be the user\u can confi\bure the Wire\fess settin\bs for this device. There are 3 ways to confi\bure Wire\fess usin\b this router. First\fy, the user 
    can choose to make use for the quick and eas\uy Wireless \fonnection Setup Wizard. Second\fy, the user can choos\ue to make use Wi-Fi Protected 
    Setup. Last\fy, the user can confi\bure the Wire\fess settin\bs manua\f\u\fy.
    Wireless Settings: Wireless \fonnection Setup Wizard
    The Wire\fess Connection Setup Wizard is specia\f\fy desi\u\bned to assist 
    basic network users with a simp\fe\u, step-by-step set of instructions to 
    confi\bure the wire\fess settin\bs of thi\us router. It is hi\bh\fy recommended 
    to customized the wire\fess network settin\bs to fit into your environment 
    and to add hi\bher security.
    Step 1: In this step, the user must enter a custom Wire\fess Network 
    Name or SSID. Enter the new Network Name (SSID) in the appropriate 
    space provided. 
    There are seperate spaces provided for a 2.4GHz Network Name and a 
    5GHz Network Name.
    Second\fy the user can c\uhoose between two wire\fess security wizard 
    confi\burations. The user can se\fect ‘Automatically assign a network 
    key’, by which the router wi\f\f automatica\f\fy \benerate a WPA/WPA2 pre-
    shared key usin\b the TKIP and AES encryption methods; or t\uhe user 
    can se\fect ‘Manually assign a network key’, by which the user wi\f\f b\ue 
    prompt to manua\f\fy enter a WPA/WPA2 pre-shared key usin\b the TKIP 
    and AES encryption methods.
    C\fick on the Prev button to return to the previous pa\be. C\fick on the 
    Next button to continue to the next pa\be. C\fick on the \fancel button to 
    discard the chan\bes made a\und return to the main wire\fess pa\be.
    To initiate the Wireless \fonnection Setup Wizard c\fick on the Wire\fess 
    Connection Setup Wizard button.

    Step 2: This step wi\f\f on\fy be avai\fab\fe if the user s\ue\fected ‘Manua\f\fy 
    assi\bn a network key’ in the previous step. Here the user can manua\u\f\fy 
    enter the WPA/WPA2 pre-shared key in the Wireless Security Password 
    space provided. The key entered must be between 8 and 63 characters 
    \fon\b. Remember, this key wi\f\f be use\ud when wire\fess c\fients wants to 
    connect to this device. So p\fease remember this key to prevent future 
    troub\feshootin\b.
    If you want to use the same Wire\fess Security Password for both 2.4GHz 
    and 5GHz bands, tick the option provided. If not se\fected, you need 
    to input two seperate  Wire\fess Security Passwords for each individua\f 
    Wire\fess band.
    C\fick on the Prev button to return to the previous pa\be. C\fick on the 
    Next button to continue to the next pa\be. C\fick on the \fancel button to 
    discard the chan\bes made a\und return to the main wire\fess pa\be.
    Setup \fomplete: On this pa\be the use\ur can view the confi\buration 
    made and verify whether they are correct.

    Wireless Settings: Wi-Fi Protected Setup Wizard
    If your Wire\fess C\fients support the WPS connection method, this Wi-Fi 
    Protected Setup Wizard can be used to initiate a wire\fess connection 
    between this device and Wire\fess c\fients with a simp\fe c\fick\u of the WPS 
    button. The Wi-Fi Protected Setup Wizard is specia\f\fy desi\u\bned to assist 
    basic network users with a simp\fe\u, step-by-step set of instructions to 
    connect wire\fess c\fients to this router usin\b the WPS method.
    To initiate the Wi-Fi Protected Setup Wizard c\fick on the Add Wireless 
    Device with WPS button.
    Step 1: In this step the user have two options to choose from. You can 
    choose Auto if the wire\fess c\fient supports WPS, or Manual if the wire -
    \fess c\fient does not support WPS.
    C\fick on the Prev button to return to the previous pa\be. C\fick on the 
    Next button to continue to the next pa\be. C\fick on the \fancel button to 
    discard the chan\bes made a\und return to the main wire\fess pa\be.
    Step 2: After se\fectin\b Auto, the fo\f\fowin\b pa\be wi\f\f appear. There are 
    two ways to add a wire\fess device, that supports WPS. First\fy, there is the 
    Persona\f Identification Number (PIN) method. Usin\b this method wi\f\f 
    prompt the user to enter a PIN code. This PIN code shou\fd be identica\f 
    on the wire\fess c\fient. Second\fy, there is the Push Button Confi\buration 
    (P\b\f) method. Usin\b this method wi\f\f a\u\f\fow the wire\fess c\fient to con-
    nect to this device by simi\far\fy pressin\b the PBC button on it.
