2. Release the ZIF connector 1 to which the diskette drive cable 
is connected and disconnect the cable 
2 from the system 
board (Figure 5-36).
3. Remove the silver TM2.0 × 5.0 screw

diskette drive to the base enclosure.

4. Lift up the right side of the diskette drive 1 until the drive 
rests an angle (Figure 5-37).
5. Slide the diskette drive to the right 
2 and remove it from the 
base enclosure.

drive

right side panel to the base enclosure (Figure 5-42).
3. Lift the slot
