Question
Speed dial locations are
programmed but sometimes will
not dial when the users use them.
What causes this to happen?Answer
This is could happen when the speed
dial is programmed to only access a
specific line. If this line is busy, no
action will ensue. When programming
speed dial numbers, select a line group
instead of an individual line.
