Running the projector interrogator The interrogator captures diagnostic information Christie personnel uses to help diagnose and correct projector issues. If a projector issue cannot be resolv ed, Christie personnel may request an interrogator file from the projector. Log files are compressed into a standard zip file. 1. On the touch panel controller, tap Admin > Interrogator . 2. Tap Create File . 3. Click Continue. 4. In the Choose destination directory dialog, navigate to the location where you want to store the log file. 5. Tap Save. Save touch panel controller log files Touch panel controller (TPC) log files can help you identify and correct issues with the touch panel controller .
