VIEWING IMAGES ON A COMPUTER
After using the USB cradle to establish a USB connection
between the camera and your computer, you can use your
computer to view images in file memory and copy images
to your computer’s hard disk or other storage media. In
order to do this, you first need to install the USB driver
located on the CD-ROM (CASIO Digital Camera Software)
that comes bundled with the camera onto your computer.

1.What you should do first depends on whether
your computer is running under Windows 98,
Me/2000 or Windows XP.
 Windows 98/Me/2000 Users
•Start from step 2 to install the USB driver.
•Note that the example installation presented here
uses Windows 98.
 Windows XP Users
•Installation of the USB driver is not required, so jump
directly to step 6.
2.Set the bundled CD-ROM (CASIO Digital
Camera Software) into the CD-ROM drive of
your computer.

•Never use your computer to edit, delete, move, or
rename images stored in file memory. Doing so can
cause problems with the image management data
used by the camera, which may make it impossible
to display images on the camera or it may cause a
large error in the number of images value displayed
by the camera. Always copy images to your
computer memory before performing any edit, delete,
move, or rename operation.
