61Using BEST SHOT You can use this procedure to shoot a portrait and then print it out in the following standard ID photo sizes: 30x24mm, 40x30mm, 45x35mm, 50x40mm, 55x45mm. 1.On the BEST SHOT scene menu, select the “ID Photo” scene. 2.Press the shutter button to shoot a portrait of the person for whom you want to create an ID photo. 3.Adjust the position of the face in the image. 4.Press [SET]. This image will appear on the monitor screen with a red boundary around the area that is selected for keystone correction. 63Using BEST SHOT NOTE • When composing an image like the ones shown above, make sure that the entire outline of the object you are trying to shoot is enclosed within the monitor screen. • Make sure the object is against a background that allows its outline to stand out. • VGA size images are stored as VGA size images. All other size images are stored as 2M (1600 x1200 pixels) images. • Digital zoom is disabled while shooting with the “White board, etc.” and “Business cards and documents” scenes....
