    Prepare the camera for being reset in advance.
    In order to press the reset switch or restart switch, it may be necessary to remove such items as the dome case or cover. 
    For details, please refer to the “Ins tallation Guide” included with the camera.

    When the LED stops flas hing, the reset procedure is complete.
    Important
    When a camera is initialized by pressing the reset switch, all net work related settings including the camera IP address, subnet mask, and 
    default gateway address are restored to the default settings so y ou will not be able to continue operation from the computer that was 
    connected. Use Camera Management Tool to set a suitable IP address for the operating environment (P. 37).

    1Hold down the reset switch while pressing  the restart switch with a pointed object.
    2Release the restart switch after at least 3 seconds while still holding down the reset switch.
    3Release the reset switch when the LED starts flashing.
