adapter (AXIS1650).

NetSpot Device Installer
The supplied CD-ROM includes NetSpot Device Installer, which is a utility that 
initializes the settings of a printer connected to the network, as well as the printing 
software (CAPT). The NetSpot Device Installer does not need to be installed on 
your computer, but is simply used to initialize the network connection settings of the

Windows Firewall
Windows Firewall is a feature of Windows XP Service Pack 2 and other operating 
systems that protects your computer by blocking unauthorized access over the 
network.
If using the printer with an operating system equipped with Windows Firewall, you 
need to set Windows Firewall to unblock communications.

Configuring Windows Firewall to unblock communication 
with client computers
1Insert the supplied LBP3000 User Software CD-ROM into 
the CD-ROM drive.
If CD-ROM Setup appears, click [Exit].
If you are using Windows Vista and the [AutoPlay] dialog box appears, click 
[Open folder to view files], and then proceed to Step 3.
2From the [Start] menu, select [My Computer] ([Computer] for 
Windows Vista), right-click the CD-ROM icon, and then select
