Printing Problems3-4 3 Troubleshooting Printing Problems If you have trouble printing, we recommend resolving the problems with the following remedies. NOTE Please contact your local authorised Canon dealer if a problem persists, or if you encounter problems not listed below. Printer Trouble The printer does not work. Cause You have printed from Windows without installing the printer driver for Windows that was included with the machine. Remedy Install the printer driver for Windows that was included with the machine and print the data again. (See Chapter 2, Getting Started, in the UFR II Driver Guide.)
