To enlarge or reduce the next copy follow the 
instruction below:
aMake sure you are in Copy mode  .
bLoad your document.
cUse the dial pad to enter the number of 
copies (up to 99).
dPress Copy Options and a or b to 
choose Enlarge/Reduce.
Press OK.
eChoose one of the options below:
„Use a or b to choose the 
enlargement or reduction ratio you 
want. Press OK.
„Use a or b to choose Custom (25–
400%). Press OK. Use the dial pad 
to enter an enlargement or reduction 
ratio from 25% to...

You can copy on Letter, A4, A5 or Photo Card 
10(W) × 15(H) cm paper.

Printing from a memory card 
without a PC11
Even if your machine is not connected to your 
computer, you can print photos directly from 
digital camera media. (See How to print from 
a memory card on page 58.)

The PhotoCapture Center™ feature lets you 
print digital photos from your digital camera at 
high resolution to get photo quality printing.
Firmly put the card into the correct slot.

Your machine is designed to be compatible 
with modern digital camera image files and 
memory cards; however, please read the 
points below to avoid errors:
„The DPOF file on the memory card must 
be in a valid format. (See DPOF printing 
on page 60.)
„The image file extension must be. JPG 
(Other image file extensions like. JPEG, 
.TIF, .GIF and so on will not be recognized).
„Walk-up PhotoCapture Center™ printing

Printing the thumbnail index11
The PhotoCapture Center™ assigns each of 
your images a number. It does not recognize 
any other numbers or file names that your 
digital camera or PC may have assigned to 
the images.
When you print a thumbnail page, it will show 
all of the pictures on your memory card and 
the number assigned to it. Even corrupted 
images may have part of the image printed.
 
aMake sure you have put the memory 
card in the correct slot.
