    The printer settings has three levels of default settings; the default settings have been set at the factory before 
    shipment. (see Menu table on page 89).

    Note • You cannot modify the present default settings. 
    • Page counter can never be changed. 
     
    Network default setting4
    If you want to reset the print server back to its factory default settings (resetting all information such as the 
    password and IP address information), follow these steps:
    aPress any of the menu buttons (+, -, Set or Back) of the control panel on your machine. 
    bPress + or - to choose NETWORK.
    Press Set. 
     
    NETWORK
    cPress + or - to choose FACTORY RESET.
    Press Set. 
     
    FACTORY RESET
    dPress Set again.

    You can partially reset the machine back to its default printer settings. The settings that will not be reset are 
    the INTERFACE, LANGUAGE, PAGE PROTECTION, SCALABLE FONT, LOCK PANEL and the Network settings:
    aPress any of the menu buttons (+, -, Set or Back) of the control panel on your machine. 
    bPress + or - to choose RESET MENU.
    Press Set.

    cPress + or - to choose FACTORY RESET.
    Press Set.

    This operation will reset all the machine settings back to the settings that were set at the factory:
    aDisconnect the network cable from the printer; otherwise the network settings (such as IP address) will 
    not be reset. 
    bTurn off the printer. 
    cMake sure that the front cover is closed and the power cord is plugged in.
    dHold down Go as you turn on the power switch. Keep Go pressed down until the LCD shows USERS 
    MODE.
    eRelease Go.
    fPress Go ten times. The printer will automatically restart.
