    Supported Bluetooth profiles and services
    Your BlackBerry device is a Bluetooth Smart Ready device, and supports the following profiles. If your device is associated 
    with a work account, your administrator might disable use of a profile.

    Bluetooth enabled devices that support stereo audio such as stereo

    Alert Notification Service (ANS)This profile allows Bluetooth enabled devices to access notifications you 
    receive on your device, including information about the type of notification,  the sender of the notification, and the number of new and unread notifications.Audio/Video Remote Control Profile 
    (AVRCP)This profile allows you to use the buttons on a Bluetooth enabled headset 
    to perform actions such as adjusting the volume or playing the next or  previous media file on your 
    BlackBerry device. This profile also allows you 
    to browse music files in the Music app on your device when you are 
    connected to a 
    Bluetooth enabled car kit.
    Battery Service (BAS)This profile allows Bluetooth enabled devices to access information about 
    the power level of the battery in your device.Current Time Service (CTS)This service allows your device to share time-related information with other 
    Bluetooth enabled devices.
    Device Identification Profile (DI) / Device 
    Identification Service (DIS)This profile allows Bluetooth enabled devices to access information about 
    your 
    BlackBerry device model to support plug and play features, such as 
    automatically downloading the required drivers.
    Hands-Free Profile (HFP)This profile allows you to connect your BlackBerry device to Bluetooth 
    enabled headsets and car kits to make hands-free phone calls. This profile 
    supports features in the Phone app including voice dial, redial, and 
    conference calls.
    Human Interface Device (HID)This profile allows you to connect your BlackBerry device to Bluetooth 
    enabled devices such as a keyboard or mouse.

    your messages and lets you read, delete, browse, compose, and send email 
    and text messages from your car.
    Next DST Change Service (NDCS)This service allows your device to share information about the next daylight  savings time change with other 
    Bluetooth enabled devices.
    Object Push Profile (OPP)This profile allows your BlackBerry device to send files to and receive files 
    from a 
    Bluetooth enabled device. Files supported by this profile include 
    contacts, calendar events, and multimedia files such as pictures, audio  files, and video files.

    							What is NFC?
    The NFC feature might not be available, depending on your wireless service provider, your administrator

    The wrong app opens when I use an NFC reader
    The wrong app might open because it is set as the default app to use with an NFC reader.
    You might need to remove or reset the default app for the NFC reader. Tap Settings > App Manager > Default Apps to 
    remove the app as the default app for the NFC reader. The next time you tap your device against the NFC reader, set the  preferred app as the default app.
    NFC is not working as expected
    If you try to share a file by using an NFC connection or a smart tag when your device is locked and the backlight is off, or  when the power is turned off, NFC will not work. Settings in the 
    Allow NFC Card Transactions section of the NFC screen

    Prevent access to data on your device while charging
    The Charge Only Mode feature is designed to prevent access to the data on your BlackBerry device when you use a USB 
    cable to charge your device. This feature is helpful if you travel frequently and charge your device at public charging 
    stations.

    3.Turn on the Charge Only Mode switch.
    Set a static IP address for your USB connection
    By default, when you connect your BlackBerry device to a computer using a USB cable, your device assigns a random IP 
    address to the connection. You can assign a static IP address that doesn
    						
    							Mobile Hotspot
    When you use Mobile Hotspot mode your BlackBerry device creates a Wi-Fi network that other Wi-Fi enabled devices can 
    connect to so that they can use the Internet through your mobile network connection.
    Sharing your Internet connection using Mobile Hotspot mode
    This feature lets you connect your devices to the Internet anywhere that your BlackBerry device has a mobile network 
    connection, but because this feature uses the mobile network, you might incur high data charges.
    On some mobile networks, services such as email and BBM might not be available while Mobile Hotspot mode is on.
    After you set up Mobile Hotspot mode on your BlackBerry device, connecting to the mobile hotspot with a Wi-Fi enabled 
    device is a lot like connecting to any regular router.
