Search shortcutsDepending on the typing input language that you are using, some shortcuts might not be available.
• To search for a contact in a list of contacts, type the contact name or initials separated by a space.

Manage email reconciliation conflictsSet the On Conflicts option for each email address that is associated with your BlackBerry® device.
1. On the Home screen, click the  Messages icon.
2. Press the  Menu key.
