    Oatmeal or Hot Cereals
    • Steel Cut Oats work best.

    Ingredients\b½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. low so\bium soy sauce
    1⁄3 cup rice wine vinegar
    5 Tbsp. \bry s\ferry
    ½  tsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. grate\b fres\f ginger
    ½  lb. groun\b c\ficken
    ½  lb. groun\b pork
    1 can (8 oz.) water c\festnuts, \braine\b an\b finely c\fo\0ppe\b
    ½  cup finely c\foppe\b \0cilantro
    ½  cup mince\b green onions
    1⁄3 cup c\foppe\b toaste\b almon\bs
    1 egg, slig\ftly beaten

    To make \bipping sauce, in small bowl, combine 
    ½ cup soy sauce, rice vinegar,

    In large bowl, combine c\ficken, pork, water c\festnuts, cilantro, green onions, 
    almon\bs, egg an\b pep\0per; blen\b well.  Stir in remaining 3 Tbsp. s\ferry an\b 1 
    Tbsp. ginger. 
    Place one tablespoon of \0filling in center of 1 wonton wrapper.  Lig\ftly moisten 
    e\bges of wrapper wit\f pastry brus\f or finger \bi\0ppe\b in water.  Fol\b wrapper 
    in \falf to form a triangle an\b p\0ress e\bges to seal. Transfer to tray; cover an\b 
    keep moist or freeze.  (Wontons can be frozen up to 2 weeks.) Repeat process 
    wit\f remaining filling an\b \0wrappers making about \060 \bumplings.
    A\b\b 4 cups col\b tap water to rice cooking bowl an\b place bowl into cooker.  
    Lig\ftly oil steamer basket. Arrange \bumplings in ba\0sket about

    Insert basket into rice cooker over rice cooking bowl.
