Warning: When replacing the board, make sure you use the same screw. A longer screw could scratch the optical media. 2. Tilt up the board, and free the cable from the cable routing guides along the lower edge of the optical drive. 3. Lift up the tape, if provided, from the corner of the optical drive. 4. Disconnect the 3-pin connector from CN4 at the DC-to-DC board. 5. Install the replacement board, and reassemble and test the computer.
