Raise the top case up slightly from the bottom case until you can access the cables that are connected under the top case. 12.Important: Do not forcefully remove the top case. With the cables still connected, carefully move the top case aside to disconnect the microphone cable and power cable. 13. Remove the top case from the computer.

Warning: When replacing the board, make sure you use the same screw. A longer screw could scratch the optical media. 2. Tilt up the board, and free the cable from the cable routing guides along the lower edge of the optical drive. 3. Lift up the tape, if provided, from the corner of the optical drive. 4.
