4 For Safe Operation 1. Keep work area clean Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries. 2. Consider work area environment Do not expose power tools to rain. Do not use power tools in damp or wet locations without GFCI protection. Keep work areas well lit. Do not use the tool in presence of flammable liquids or gases. 3. Guard against electric shock Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces. For example: pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerator enclosures; use grounded outlets. 4. Keep...

5 14. Disconnect tools Disconnect the tool from the power supply when not in use, before servicing, and when changing accessories, such as blades, bits, cutters. 15. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches Check to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool \ before turning it on. 16. 7 ASSEMBLY OF ECOCUTTER STAND The following tools will be needed to assemble this base section of the \ cutting table for the Ecocutter. 2 - 14mm wrenches 1 - 11mm wrench 1 - 10mm wrench 1. Position the two legs to create a scissor configuration as shown in Figure 2. Figure-2 2. Turn assembly on its side and align the holes located at the center of each leg. Insert one of the two large bolts (Part No. 200026) using a flat washer on each side followed by the nylon insert lock nut as shown in...

8 3. Tighten bolts until a slight gap remains between the two legs. See Figure 5 and Figure 6. 4. Legs must move freely in a scissor motion (See Figure 6). Note: an over tightened condition will cause binding of the legs. Figure-5 Figure-6 Air Gap

9 CASTER INSTALLATION 1. Place and align caster mounting plate with mounting holes on base of stand leg as shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8. 2. Insert the four bolts for the casters with washers on each side and lock nut as shown in Figure 9. 3. Tighten until snug. Figure-7 Figure-8 Figure-9
