    Move Menu
    Mode:  
    In Move Mode, press the  button to go to the corre-
    spond
    ng Move menu.
    To configure each settng:
    1.  In the Move menu, swtch between the Move Setup 
    or dfferent Camera Setup pages usng the Left/Rght 
    button, select the page wth the functon you want to 
    adjust and press the Down button.
    2.  Press the Up/Down arrow button to select the functon 
    to be set, and press the  or Rght button to enter 
    the submenu.
    3.  Press Up/Down button to select an opton, or press 
    Left button to return to the menu.
    4.
      Press the 
     button to confirm the settng and return 
    to the prevous page.

    Continuous AF 
    When Contnuous AF s turned on, the camera wll adjust 
    focus automatcally n response to any camera or subject 
    movement.
    Expo Metering (Exposure Metering)
    Set the meterng mode for varous lghtng condtons.
    Three optons are avalable:
    • Spot
     
    •  Center
    •  AiAE
     (Art

    Playback Menu
    Mode :  
    In Playback mode, press the  button to enter the 
    Playback menu.
    Please refer to the followng sectons for detaled 
    nstructons on the varous menu optons.
    Protect
    To prevent any pctures or vdeos from beng accdentally 
    erased, use ths settng to lock one or all of the files.
    To protect/unprotect a pcture or vdeo:
    1.  Use the Up/Down arrow button and select "Protect", 
    then press the 
     or Rght button to enter the 
    submenu.

    2. Use the Up/Down button and select "One" to protect 
    ndvdual photos or moves; or select "All" to protect all 
    photos and moves stored n the memory card. Press 
    the 
     button to confirm and enter the photo/move 
    protecton nterface.
    3.  Press the 
     button then select Yes to lock dsplayed 
    photos or vdeos, or select Unprotect to unlock them, 
    then press the Up/Down button and select Back to 
    return to the playback menu.
    4.
    
      A key con ( 
     ) wll appear on the top of the screen 
    to ndcate that the pcture/vdeo s protected.
    Selectng "reset" wll unprotect all prevously 
    protected photos and vdeos.
    Delete
    There are two ways to delete files.
    • Delete One:
    1.
      In the Delete Opton, select One and then press the 
     
    button.
    2.
      Usng the Left/Right buttons, locate the photo or mov
     e 
    file to be deleted. Select Yes (to delete the file) or No 
    (to return to the prev
    ous menu) usng the Up/Down 
    buttons, then press the 
     button to confirm.

    • Delete All:
    1.
      In the Delete opton, select All and then press the 
     
    button.
    2.
      Use the Up/Down button and select Yes to delete all 
    files, or select Back to return to the menu.
    • Delete Date Folder:
    1.
    
      In the Delete opton, press the 
     button after 
    selectng Date Folder.
    2.  Use the Up/Down button to select a Date Folder to 
    be deleted, and press 
     to confirm, then press the 
    Up/Down button to select tem (Yes: to delete the file, 
    or Cancel: to return to the menu) and then press 
     to 
    confirm.
    The “ 
     ” ndcator means a file s protected. Fle 
    protecton must be removed first before a file can be 
    deleted.
    Delet
    
    ng files wll cause the DPOF settngs to be 
    reset.
    DPOF (Digital Print Order Format)
    DPOF allows you to define a selecton of pctures that you 
    want to have prnted, and wll save your selecton n the 
    memory card, so that you can smply hand your memory 
    card to a photo prntng servce wthout havng to sort and 
    choose files at the servce counter.

    Rotate
    You can use ths settng to change the orentaton of the 
    pcture.
    1. Select the  Rotate sett
     ng from the Playback menu as 
    descr
    bed prevously.
    2.  Use the Left/Right nav
     gaton buttons to select a 
    pcture to rotate.
    3.  Use the  Up/Down nav
     gaton buttons to select the 
    drecton of rotaton or Back to cancel and return to the 
    Playback menu.
    4.  Press the  button to confirm the settng.
    The panorama pcture and vdeo cannot be rotated.
    Revolved file wll replace the orgnal one.
    Resize
    Ths settng allows you to resze a pcture to a specfied 
    resoluton, and saves t as a new pcture.
    1.  Select the  Resize
     sett
     ng from the  Playback
     menu as 
    descr
    bed prevously.
    2.  Use the  Left/Right
     nav gaton buttons to select a 
    pcture to resze.
    3.  Use the  Up/Down
     nav
     gaton buttons to select a 
    resoluton ( 1024X768
     or 640X480
    ) to res ze the mage 
    or  Back
     to cancel and return to the  Playback
     menu.
    4.
      Press the 
     button to confirm the settng.
    Reszng an mage creates a new file that contans 
    the mage n the sze you select. The file wth the 
    orgnal mage also remans n the memory.

    Red-eye Reduction
    Use ths settng to remove red eye effect n your photos.
    1. Select  Red-eye Reduction 
     n the Playback menu as 
    descr
    bed prevously.
    2.  Use the  Left/Right button to select the p
     cture from 
    whch red eye effect needs to be removed.
    3.  Use the Up/Down nav
     gaton buttons and select Yes to 
    fix the selected 
    mage or  Back to cancel and return to 
    the Playback menu.
    4.  Press the  button to confirm the settng.
    For best results, the face of the subject should be 
    relat
     vely large n the LCD screen, the subject should 
    be facng the camera as drectly as possble, and the 
    eyes should be as large as possble.
    If there s no red eyes n the mage, press 
     button 
    after selectng “Yes”, such prompt wll appear on the 
    screen: red eye s not detected!
    Trim
    The Trm settng allows you select an area of the photo you 
    want to keep and then save t as a new photo.
    To trm a pcture:
    1.  Select the  Trim sett
    ng from the  menu.
    2.  Usng the Left/Rght buttons, locate the photo that you 
    want to trm and have t dsplayed on the LCD.
    3.  Use the zoom buttons and navgaton buttons to adjust 
    the trmmng box to fit the locaton and sze of the new 
    pcture.
    4. “Save Changes?” prompt wll dsplay after pressng 
    the 
     button, select “O” to confirm the changes and 
    save the mage, or select “X” to cancel the changes and 
    return to the prevous page.
    The mage can not be trmmed agan when t s 
    tr
    mmed to 640X480.

    HDR-High Dynamic Range
    Wth the HDR functon, pctures that are overexposed 
    may be corrected to optmze the hghlghts and lowlghts 
    captured to more accurately represent the actual scene.
    1.
    
      Select HDR settng n the 
     menu as descrbed 
    prevously.
    2.  Press the Left and Rght button to find a pcture you 
    want to optmze and then select Confirm to perform 
    HDR optmzaton or select Return to go back to 
    Playback menu.
    3.  After HDR optmzng, the mage wll be saved as 
    another file wth the  con as a prompt, the orgnal 
    file wll stll reman n the memory.

    Dsplay Setup
    Mode
    : 
    Press the  button n Playback mode to enter the 
    Dsplay Setup menu.
    Refer to the followng sectons for detals of every settng.
    Slideshow
    Ths settng allows you to vew all stored pctures as a 
    sldeshow.
    1.  Select Sl
     de Show menu, then press the  or Rght 
    button to enter the slde show setup nterface.
    2.  Press the Up/Down button to select playback effect, 
    playback nterval or repeat nterval, and press the 
     
    or Rght button to enter and adjust settngs. press the 
     button to confirm settngs.
    3.  Use the Up/Down navgaton buttons and select Start 
    to run the sldeshow or Cancel to return to the Playback 
    menu.
    4.
    
      Press the  button to confirm the settng.
