When the water hardness exceeds the values in the table, fill the water drawer with bottled water. 1. Take the four colour change strip supplied with the steam set in the oven. 2. Put all the reaction zones of the strip into the water for approximately 1 second. Do not put the strip into the running water! 3. Shake the strip to remove the excess of the water. 4. If the water drawer is wet after you fill it with water, wipe it with a soft cloth before you insert it in the appliance. 4. Activate the appliance. 5. Prepare the food in the correct cookware. 6. Select a steam heating function and the temperature. 7. If necessary, set the function Duration or Set End Time. The first steam shows after approximately 2 minutes. Cooking with this function causes residual water on the vacuum bags and in the cavity. After the cooking process open the door carefully to avoid the water dropping on the furniture. Use a plate and a towel to take out the vacuum bags. Dry out the door, the water drop collector in the bottom and the cavity with a soft cloth or a sponge.
