61 MOTIF6 / MOTIF7 / MOTIF8 Measuring Requirements When testing the unit in the MANUAL or AUTO mode, the following Instruments and jigs are required: Instruments: Frequency Counter, Oscilloscope, Level Indicator (JIS-C curve), Distortion Meter (Flat), Oscillometer, Keyboard Amplifier, PLG100-VH, etc. Jigs: MIDI Cable, Proprietary Expansion Board, etc. A. Entering Test Mode Push Turn on power with the [REMOTE CONTROL ON/OFF] and [REC] buttons pressed and held. The following screen appears. Press [ENTER] button to enter the test mode. //// MOTIFx Test Program //// Firm Ver:0.30 Kernel Ver:0.30 Data Ver:0.30 * [ENTER] :Test Start * [STORE] :Factory Set * [EXIT] :Exit From this screen, press [STORE] button to display the “T30 FACTORY SET” screen. press [EXIT] button to display the “T31 EXIT” screen. Make sure the LED’s normally operate and glow consis- tently.
