program, install, operate and maintain the Starplus 
96EX Hybrid Key Telephone System.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) 
has established rules which allow the direct connec- 
tion of the Starplus 96EX Key Telephone System to 
the telephone network. Certain actions must be 
undertaken or understood before the connection of 
customer provided equipment is completed....
