17 Connection When connecting a signal source to the projector, be sure to: 1. Turn all equipment off before making any connections. 2. Use the correct signal cables for each source. 3. 19 Connecting a computer or monitor Connecting a computer 1. Take the supplied VGA cable and connect one end to the D-Sub output socket of the computer. 2. 21 Connecting an HDMI device You should use an HDMI cable when making connection between the projector and HDMI devices. 1. 24 Operation Starting up the projector 1. Plug the power cord into the projector and into a wall socket. Turn on the wall socket switch (where fitted). 2. (If available) Remove the lens cap. 3.
