2.Press ST ART/SPLIT to view each successive lap/split
time ,followed by the BEST and  AVERAGE lap 
(if the Chronograph is stopped). You may also press
ST OP/RESET to go back and view earlier lap/split
times .
NO TE: You may recall the stored timing information while
the Chronogr aph is running or stopped, as long as you
have taken at least one lap .If the Chronogr aph is stopped,
the BEST and  AVG information will follow the last entry; if
the Chronogr aph is still running, these data are not shown.

HOUR    MINUTE    SECONDS    “ONCE”/“REPEAT”
Setting the Timer to “ONCE”will cause the  Timer to stop
after it completes its countdown; selecting “REPEAT”will
cause the  Timer to repeat the countdown indefinitely until
the  Timer is manually stopped.
The  Timer can be set to a maximum time of 23:59.59 
(24 hours).

Press and release  MODEuntil you see  “TIMER”on the
display .

ALARM - Alarm ModeThe watch includes five independent daily alarms to help
you coordinate your schedule .
Setting an Alarm
Refer to section entitled  “Setting Operation”on page 11 to
understand how the buttons function during setting .
• Y ou may set the Hour and Minute value for each
Alarm.
• If the watch is displaying time in  AM/PM format,be
sure to set the hour value to the correct part of the
day (AM or PM).
• The  Alarm is automatically armed if you change the
Hour or Minute value during setting ....

Backup Alert
When the  Alarm time arrives ,the watch will gener ate an
alert for 20 seconds . You may press any button on the
watch to silence this alert. If you don’t silence the alert,
the watch will assume that you missed that  Alarm time
and will automatically enable a backup alert, indicated by
a flashing icon on the display ,which will sound five

Heure de la journée
•Affiche les heures ,minutes et secondes au format sur
12 ou 24 heures pour deux fuseaux hor aires.
• Affiche le mois et la date ,ainsi que le jour de la semaine .
• Carillon hor aire facultatif .
Altimètre•Mesure laltitude de -700 à 9 000 mètres (-2 296 à 29
520 pieds) avec une résolution de 5 mètres/10 pieds .
• Affiche l’altitude cour ante ainsi qu’un graphe
d’évolution de l’altitude avec le temps .
• Affiche le total cumulé de tous les gains d’altitude ,...

Chronomètre•Mesure des durées jusqu’à 24 heures avec une
résolution de 1/100 de seconde .
• Enregistre jusqu’à 30 temps intermédiaires/au tour .
• Affichage des temps au tour en mémoire ainsi que du
meilleur (plus court) temps au tour ,du temps au tour
moyen et du temps total chronométré.
Minuterie• Compte à rebours jusqu’à 24 heures .Une alerte se
déclenche lorsque la minuterie atteint zéro .
• La minuterie peut être réglée pour effectuer un seul
compte à rebours ou pour le répéter indéfiniment....

Lors du réglage de l’heure de la journée,des alarmes ou
de la minuterie ,par exemple ,les fonctions des boutons
diffèrent de ce qui figure sur le boîtier .
REMARQUE : Les fonctions de réglage sont les mêmes
dans tout mode où une valeur peut être réglée .
1. Tenez le bouton SET enfoncé.Pendant que le bouton
est enfoncé, la montre affiche « HOLD  ADJUST ».
2. Au bout de quelques secondes ,le message « HOLD »
dispar aît,suivi d’une valeur clignotante .
