6.4 WasserabscheiderIm Wasserabscheider befindet sich ein Schwim-
mer (15:E), der durch den transparenten Behälter 
beobachtet werden kann. Der Schwimmer muss 
sich am Boden befinden. Wenn der Schwimmer 
aufgeschwommen ist, muss der Wasserabscheider 
wie folgt gereinigt werden:
1. Schließen Sie den Hahn des Wasserabscheiders. 
Siehe Abb. 15.
2. Halten Sie einen Behälter unter den Wasserab-
scheider, um ausfließenden Kraftstoff aufzufan-
gen.
3. Lösen Sie den Behälter, indem Sie seinen Ring...

6. Füllen Sie frisches Öl durch die obere Filteröff-
nung ein.
Öl: Siehe „2.1“.
Ölmenge beim Ölwechsel: Siehe „2.1“.
7. Montieren Sie das Filter mit folgenden Teilen:
17:D Deckel
17:G Dichtung. Überprüfen Sie, dass die Dich-
tung intakt ist.
17:F Neues Filter. Das Filter muss bei einem 
Ölwechsel immer ausgetauscht werden.
17:E Feder
8. Starten Sie nach dem Nachfüllen von Öl den 
Motor und lassen Sie das Gerät ein paar Mi-
nuten laufen. Untersuchen Sie dabei, ob ein Öl-
leck vorhanden ist....

6.12.3 Demontage/Montage
Bevor die Batterie abgetrennt wird, 
muss der Strom mit dem Hauptstrom-
schalter (27:Q) unterbrochen werden.
Durch das Vertauschen der Kabel wer-
den Generator und Batterie zerstört.
Ziehen Sie die Kabel fest an. Lose Kabel 
können Brände verursachen.
Der Motor darf nie bei getrennter Bat-
terie betrieben werden. Dadurch beste-
ht die Gefahr für Schäden an 
Generator und elektrischem System.
Gehen Sie bei der Demontage/Montage der Bat-
terie wie folgt vor:

ist die entsprechende Sicherung auszuwechseln. 
Die Sicherungen befinden sich unter der Schutzab-
deckung auf Abb. 25. Demontieren Sie die Schut-
zabdeckung, indem Sie die 5 Schrauben lösen.
Überprüfen Sie die Sicherungen und wechseln Sie 
die durchgebrannten Sicherungen aus. Wenn der 
Fehler weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an eine 
autorisierte Werkstatt.

the engine to the driven wheels is transferred hy-
draulically. The four wheels are equipped with 
separate hydraulic motors. The diesel motor drives 
a hydraulic pump (3:P), which pumps oil through 
the hydraulic motors (3:M) of the wheels.

3.4.4 Hydraulic control (1:R1)
This control is used to control certain functions de-
pending on the attached implement.
The control only works when the engine is running 
and the implement’s hydraulic hoses for the in-
tended function are connected as follows:
• Implement at the front via the hydraulic outputs 
(1:R).
• Implement at the rear via the hydraulic output 
(5:Re).
Both hydraulic outputs above are connected in par-
allel.

3.4.11 Ignition lock (1:V)
The ignition lock is used for starting and stopping 
the engine. 
Four positions:
Preheat position
: The cylinders are heated 
to facilitate starting. Hold in this position 
for a maximum of 5 seconds at lower tem-
peratures before starting the engine.
Stop position
: The engine is stopped. The 
key can be removed.
Operating position
: Bypassed at start-up 
and used when the engine is running.
Start position
: The electric starter motor is

Suspension:
The suspension of the seat can be adjusted accord-
ing to body weight using the knob (1:B).
Harder suspension
: Turn the knob clockwise.
Softer suspension: Turn the knob anticlockwise.
The suspension setting can be read off from the in-
dicator by the steering wheel.
Backrest:The backrest can be adjusted to the desired angle 
using the knob (4:Z).
Armrest:The armrest can be adjusted to the desired height 
using the knob under the relevant armrest (1:H).
