    MessageCause/Remedy
    COVER FAILURE• The top cover or air filter is detached. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    LAMP FAILURE
    • The lamp has reached the end of its life. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    • Check to see whether or not the projector is being used at high altitudes. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    • The lamp temperature is high. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    FAN FAILURE• The fan is broken. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    TEMP FAILURE
    • The internal temperature is too high. Check to see if something is blocking the ventilation holes. Check to see if the air filter is clogged with dust.
    • Check to see whether or not the projector is being used at high altitudes.
    • Check to see whether or not the projector is tilted at an angle of more than 20 degrees.
    If the message persists, contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    POWER SYSTEM FAILURE• The electrical system has broken down. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    IRIS FAILURE• The optical iris is damaged. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    LENS PROTECTOR FAILURE• The lens protector is damaged. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    Please check Input-B Signal Sel.• Invalid input setting. Set “Input-B Signal Sel.” according to the input signal (see page 46).
    Please check DVI Signal Sel.• Invalid input setting. Set “DVI Signal Sel.” according to the input signal (see page 46).
    Frequency is out of range!• This input signal cannot be projected as the frequency is out of the acceptable range of the projector. Input a signal that is within the frequency range.

    Refer to the online help of the ImageDirector 
    software when any messages are displayed 
    on the screen while you are using the 
    ImageDirector software. 
    For details on connected equipment such as 
    a computer, etc., refer to the operating 
    instructions supplied with that equipment.

    High temp! Switch to high altitude mode on?• When using the projector at an altitude of 1,500 m or higher, press the M button.
    Lamp/Filter life remains less than 50H.• The remaining life of the lamp and the air filter is 50 hours. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    Lamp/Filter life remains less than 15H.• The remaining life of the lamp and the air filter is 15 hours. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    End of Lamp/Filter life. Lamp off in 1min.
    • The lamp and the air filter life has reached the end. The lamp is automatically turned off in about a minute. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    High temp! Lamp off in 1min.• The internal temperature is too high. The lamp is automatically turned off in about a minute. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
    Iris unit doesn't work.• The optical iris unit does not work. Contact QUALIA Customer Service.
