Instructions for the user 33 10.5 Cleaning the inside of the oven For the best oven upkeep, clean it regularly after having allowed it to cool. • Take out all removable parts. • Clean the oven racks with hot water and non-abrasive detergent. Instructions for the user 34 10.6 Removing guide frames Removing the guide frames makes it easier to clean the side parts of the oven, and it also needs to be done whenever the automatic cleaning cycle is used (only available on some models). • To remove the guide frames, pull the frame towards the inside of the oven to unhook it from its housing A, then slide it out of the seats at the back B. • When cleaning is complete, repeat the above procedures in reverse order to put the guide frames back in....

Instructions for the user 35 10.7.1 Before starting the automatic cleaning cycle Pyrolysis may be carried out at any time of the day or night (if you wish to benefit from the lower cost of electricity overnight). • Completely remove all accessories from inside the oven, including the upper guard. • Remove the guide frames, see “10.6 Removing guide frames”. • At the end of the cleaning cycle, when the oven has cooled down, reinsert the frames by repeating the previously used procedure in reverse...

Instructions for the user 3610.7.2 Setting the automatic cleaning cycle (pyrolysis - on some models only) • Position the oven function selector to the pyrolysis function symbol . • The programmer automatically sets the minimum duration of the cleaning cycle (2 hours). • Within 5 seconds press key or to increase or decrease the cycle time (the maximum time is 3 hours and 30 minutes). Instructions for the user 37 10.8 Vapor Clean: assisted cleaning (on some models only) Vapor Clean is an assisted cleaning procedure which facilitates the removal of dirt. Thanks to this process, it is possible to clean the inside of the oven very easily. The dirt residues are softened by the heat and water vapour to make it easier to remove them afterwards. Before starting the assisted cleaning cycle, make sure that the oven does not contain any foods or large spills from previous cooking operations....

Instructions for the user 41 11.2 Removing the door 11.2.1 With pins Open the door completely. Insert two pins into the holes indicated A in the two hinges towards the back of them until they engage. Grasp the door on both sides with both hands, lift it forming an angle of around 30° and remove it. There are fasteners on all four sides to attach it to the edge of the oven.
