Instructions for the user 13 5.3 Using the gripper and the handles The chromium-plated gripper and the handles is used to extract hot trays and racks from the oven. Use the accessory as shown in the illustrations. Note that the methods of attaching to the tray and the rack differ in terms of the gripper position.

Instructions for the user 14 6. FRONT PANEL All the controls and indicator lights can be seen on the front panel. The tables below describe the symbols used. MULTIFUNCTION PYROLYTIC ELECTRIC OVEN THERMOSTAT KNOB The cooking temperature is selected by turning the knob clockwise to the desired setting, between 50° and 250°C. Instructions for the user 15 THERMOSTAT INDICATOR LIGHT (RED) When this is flashing, it indicates that the oven is heating up to the temperature set using the thermostat knob. Once the oven has reached the selected temperature, the light stops flashing and remains steady until the oven switches off. Before it can be set, the thermostat must be turned to the desired cooking temperature and the function selector knob to any setting.
