9 Telephone ModeThere are three telephone listing categories, Unfiled, Personal, and Business. Each listing can be simply classified for easy access to the data. 12 Schedule ModeEntry A project meeting will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on September 11, 2004 1. Tap CALENDAR/SCHEDULE once or twice to enter the Schedule mode. The Schedule search display will appear. The current date will be displayed and the cursor at the first number flashes. The first number depends on your Date Format selection. 14 Anniversary ModeIn Anniversary mode, you can specify the month and day (such as wedding anniversaries and birthdays). Once data is stored as an anniversary, a flag appears on the date set in the calendar (see page 12). And when within the specified period, the anniversary sign will appear.
