CONTROL PANEL OVERVIEW
1ID CopyYou can copy both sides of the ID Card like a 
driver’s license to a single side of paper. See 
page 38.
2Direct USBAllows you to directly print files stored on a USB 
Memory device when it is inserted into the USB 
memory port on the front of your machine. See

UNDERSTANDING THE STATUS LED
The color of the Status LED indicates the machines current status.
STATUSDESCRIPTION
Off• The machine is powered off-line.
• The machine is in power save mode. When 
data is received, or any button is pressed, it 
switches to on-line automatically.
GreenBlinking• When the green LED slowly blinks, the 
machine is receiving data from the computer.
• When the green LED rapidly blinks, the 
machine is printing data. 
On• The machine is powered on and can be used....

MENU OVERVIEW
The control panel provides access to various menus to set up the machine or use the machine’s functions. These menus can be accessed by pressing Menu. 
Refer to the following diagram.
Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine.
