Safety Screen The Safety Screen function is used to prevent afterimages that may appear when a still picture is displayed on the screen over a long time. • The Safety Screen function scrolls the screen for the specified period of time. • This function is not available when the power is turned off. Otherwise, the program (MagicInfo) may stop. zTo access other sources, press the SOURCE button in MagicInfo. zThe preset password for the LCD Display is 000000. zThe server programs Power-On option works only if the LCD Displays power is completely shut off. Please make sure not to use the Power-On option when the LCD Display is in the process of shutting down since this may cause system errors on the LCD Display. zIn the OSD image of MagicInfo, Network mode is the same as Device. zWhen using MagicInfo with the MagicInfo Server Program: perform Network mode. zWhen using MagicInfo with the device directly connected to LCD Display : execute Device mode. zPress ALT + F12 to directly go to the MagicInfo Window screen. zTo setup MagicInfo on a Windows screen, a keyboard and mouse are required. zTo setup MagicInfo on a Windows screen, refer to the MagicInfo Server Help. It is highly recommended not to turn off the AC power during an operation. zFor pivoted LCD Displays, ticker transparency is not supported. zFor pivoted LCD Displays, a screen resolution of up to 720*480(SD) is supported for movies. zFor drive D:, EWF is not applied. zWhen the contents of Setup have been changed when EWF is in the Enable state, to save the changes in the disk, you must Commit them. zBy selecting Disable, Enable or Commit , the system is restarted. 1. Select MagicInfo in the Source List menu. 2. The MUISetup screen appears. Select the language you want to use. 3. Press the Install button. If you select Do not show again and click the Install bu tton, the Scheduler screen is displayed after rebooting. 4. Connect your keyboard and mouse and press the “ALT + F12” keys on your keyboard. 5. The Windows Desktop is displayed and the MagicInfo icon (the image will be inserted) appears. Move the cursor over the icon. Note If the MagicInfo icon is not displayed on the noti fication area, double click the MagicInfo icon on the window desktop. The icon will appear.
