70 7. How to access the Internal memory. Follow these steps to transfer the files from the computer to the internal memory. 7.1 Turn the projector on. 71 7.3 Plug in one end of a USB-A cable to your computer and the other end of the USB cable to the projector. Using the File management software like “Explorer”, you can see the internal memory. If micro SD card is installed, you can also see the contents of micro SD card. Internal Memory of the projector Micro SD card of the projector 7.4 Drag and drop the file to the Internal memory. You can only view the content of the micro SD card. 7.5 Unplug the USB A-A cable from the projector, then projector will exit from “PC Connect” mode. Note It is important not to connect the projector and computer using USB A-A cable before the projector enters the PC connect mode. Both USB bus power cause damage to the computer or projector. 72 Problem: No image appears on screen Ensure all the cables and power connections are correctly and securely connected as described in the “Connecting the Projector” \ section. Ensure the pins of terminals are not crooked or broken. Make sure you have removed the lens cap and the projector is switched on. Ensure that the “Mute” feature is not turned on. Problem: Partial, scrolling or incorrectly displayed image If you are using a Notebook: 1. First, follow the steps above to adjust resolution of the computer. 2. Press the toggle output settings. Example: [Fn]+[F3] PANASONIC, NEC => Fn+F3 HP, SHARP, TOSHIBA => Fn+F5 IBM, SONY => Fn+F7 DELL, EPSON => Fn+F8 FUJITSU => Fn+F10 APPLE =>F7 If you experience difficulty changing resolutions or your monitor freezes, restart all equipment including the projector. Troubleshooting If you experience trouble with the projector, refer to the fol- lowing information. If the problem persists, please contact your local dealer or service center. 73 Problem: The screen of the Notebook or PowerBook computer is not displaying a presentation If you are using a Notebook PC: Some Notebook PCs may deactivate their own screens when a second display device is in use. Each has a different way to be reactivated. Refer to your computer’s documentation for detailed information. Problem: Image is unstable or flickering Adjust the “Phase” or “Frequency” to correct it. Refer to “Menu” > “Image” > “Phase” or “Frequency” (in Computer sourc\ e only) menu for more information. Change the monitor setting from your computer. Check and reconfigure the display mode of your graphic card to make it compatible with the product. Problem: Image is out of focus Adjust the Focus Ring on the projector lens. Make sure the projection screen is between the required distance. Please see page 33. Problem: The image is stretched when displaying 16:9 DVD Change “Aspect” by pressing the “Aspect” button on the remot\ e control or “Menu” () button on the control panel and change the image aspect in “Menu” > “Image” > “Aspect Ratio”. 74 Problem: Image is too small or too large Move the projector closer to or further from the screen. Press “Aspect” button on the remote control or press “Menu” \ () button on the control panel and then go to “Menu” > “Image” > “Aspect Ratio” and try the different settings. Press “Magnify” button on the remote control or “Menu” () button on the control panel and go to “Menu” > “Image” > “\ Zoom” and adjust the zoom. Problem: Image is reversed Select “Menu” > “Display” > “Projection” from the OSD and adjust the projection direction.
