    Remote Control Battery Installation
    Remove the battery holder by holding down the side release firmly and pulling out the battery holder.
    1Replace the battery holder.3Remove the old battery and install new one (CR2025). Ensure that the side with a “+” is facing up.

    Remote Control Operating Range
    ■  When pointing the remote control directly toward the projector (Remote \
    control signal 
    receiver), operating range for the remote control is within 3m (9.84 f\
    t). Also, operation 
    range available for four directions (up, down, left, right to the proje\
    ctor) is ± 30° and the 
    operation distance may become short.
    ■  If there are any obstacles between the remote control and the remote con\
    trol signal 
    receiver, the remote control may not operate correctly.
    ■  When the remote control signal receiver is lit with a fluorescent light or other strong 
    light source, the projector may become inoperative. Set the projector as\
     far from the 
    luminous source as possible.
    ■  You can operate all of the functions of the projector via the remote con\
    trol. Make sure 
    not to lose the remote control.

    Connecting the Projector
    		To ensure the projector works well with your computer, 
    please make sure the timing of the display mode is 
    compatible with your projector. Please see page 76.

    	Make sure that the power plug is fully inserted into all the AC adapter AC inlet, the wall outlet, and projector DC jack.
    	(*)USB-A to USB-A Cable is used for data trasnferring between PC to the internal memory of the projector.
    	(**)The projector supports only audio cable with 3.5mm stereo mini plug (without microhpone function); with some head phones, due 
    to the impedance difference, you might notice a slight difference in the volume levels (lower volume).
    	Due to the difference in applications for each country, some regions may have different accessories.

    Powering On the Projector
    1. Ensure that the power cord, AC adapter, and signal cable are 
    securely connected. The Power indicator will start flashing 
    amber.
    2.   Remove the lens cap. 
    3.   Turn on the projector by pressing “Power” on the control 
    panel or the remote control. 
     The startup screen will display in approximately 3 seconds. 
    After the screen disappears, the Power indicator will turn 
    blue. 
     The first time you use the projector after purchase, the 
    language menu is displayed after the startup screen. 
    4.   Turn on your source (computer,  video player, etc.) The 
    input source is determined by the last connected input 
    source. (By default, the input source of the projector is set 
    to Multimedia). Change the input source of the projector if 
    necessary.
    Powering On/Off the Projector
    CAUTION:•  Do not look into the lens while the projector is on. The strong light fr\
    om the lamp may cause damage to your eyesight. •  Do not block the air intake or exhaust. Doing so could cause a fire due to internal overheating.•  Do not place your hands, face, or other objects near the air exhaust or \
    the bottom of the unit. Doing so could result in injury and/or damage the object.•  Do not block the light from projection lens by anything when you want to\
     stop projection. Doing so could cause a fire due to heating by strong light. Please use “Mute” function for this purpose.
    If you connect multiple sources at the same time, use the “Input” on the remote control.
    Turn on the projector first and then the signal sources.
