*Volume control When video is played, volume can be changed by using   keys.  *Control playback without using the Control Command bar icons Music playback can be controlled by using the following buttons on the Remote Control.   : Pauses & Plays the music file   : Rewinds the playback   : Forwards the playback   Exit: Stops the playback and goes to file list   5.4 Office Viewer  *As the projector is using the simplified ”Office Viewer”, some files that appear in the list of Office Viewer Format (on pages 49~50), may still not be displayed.  After “Office” tab is selected, the office formatted filename and folder with office data will be displayed. The folder without office data will not be displayed. Select the Office data or folder you want to play by using   keys and then press “Enter”. If you press , it returns to the upper folder or exits the folder.

Office data must be in the following formats:
PDF, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, or MS Excel.

If the Control Panel or Remote Control has not been in use, the Control Command bar will disappear within 3-5 seconds. The Control Command bar will also disappear if you press “Exit” key on\
 the Remote Control. If you want to display the Control Command bar, press “Enter” key.\

The following is an overview of Move mode icons.    : Returns to the Normal mode (displayed icons will be changed)   : Moves the displayed area up   : Moves the displayed area down   : Moves the displayed area to the left   : Moves the displayed area to the right   : Enlarges the displayed area   : Reduces the displayed area   : Goes to Setting menu   : Closes the content and goes to the file list  In Move mode, the display area can only be moved within the same page. If you want to change the page, switch back to the Normal mode and use the previous/forward page control icons.  In Move mode, the Control Command bar icons will disappear within 3-5 seconds if the Control Panel or Remote Control has not been in use. During the Move mode, you can see a navigation icon at the top right corner of the screen as shown in the following image.

 Displaying Office files can be controlled by using the following buttons on the Control Panel or Remote Control.  In Normal mode:   
  : Goes to the previous page   
  : Goes to the next page    “Enter”: Displays Control Panel   
Magnify: Magnifies (Enlarges/Reduces) the image   : Switches to the Move mode   In Move mode:   
       : Moves the displayed area to 4 directions  
 
  “Enter”: Displays Control Panel   
Magnify: Magnifies (Enlarges/Reduces) the image   : Switches to Normal mode    You can modify the “Display Mode” setting in the Setting menu.

 5.5 About the displayed font  This simplified Office Viewer can display files only in Unicode format and all non-Unicode files are converted to Unicode. Therefore, the letter shape, size, and CR position of the displayed content may differ from the original content. We strongly recommend you to preview the displayed file(s) before performing the presentation.   To ensure the correct displaying of the PDF file, you need to use the embedded fonts when creating the PDF file.To find out more information on creating PDF files with embedded fonts, please visit the Adobe’s WEB site.
