2-ScrewsClamp plate Ceiling joistFig. 21Fig. 19 2-square knock-out Secure the fan body to the adaptor by using one thumb screw as shown in Fig.21 Insert fan body into ceiling as shown in Fig.20. Remove the 2 square knock-out carefully from surface of the frame by screw driver ( Fig.19) .And remove the bracket cover on the other side of the frame body. Replace with clamp plates(accessories) and secure the fan body on ceiling board with 2 screws from inside of the frame. Grille Glove Grille Slot Mounting spring CAUTION: Disconnect power source before working on unit. Routine maintenance must be done every year. WARNING: MAINTENANCEMAINTENANCE Mount the fan body with thumb screw (on the right side of bottom of the adaptor) as shown in Fig.7 of page 7. Secure blower to fan body with screws that were loosen before.(Fig.24)Insert the blower into the fan body.(Fig.23) Insert mounting springs into slots as shown and mount grille to fan body.(Fig.11 of page 8.) 1. Never use petrol, benzene, thinner or any other such chemicals for cleaning the ventilating fan. 2. Do not allow water to enter motor. oO3. Do not immerse resin parts in water over 60 C (140 F). 1. ( Fig.27) 4. Using a cloth dampened with mild dish soap,remove any dirt from fan body. Wipe dry with new choth.( Fig.28 ) 5. Replace grille.
