The paper dust bag is a mechanical component of the vacuum cleaner. Use of a part other than a genuine Panasonic replacement of the 
correct type will adversely affect the cleaning performance of the vacuum cleaner and can cause the mo\
tor to burn out.
Use only a genuine Panasonic replacement bag TYPE C-13.

How to empty the dirt.
•  Open the bag fastener and dispose of the dirt.
•  Install the fastener on the cloth dust bag correctly.

Floor nozzle (check once a month)
•  Fibers, waste and hair tends to accumulate in the nozzle and can 
  reduce the suction power of vacuum cleaner.
•  Inspect once a month.
  Using an old toothbrush or similar tools, clean any dirt or lint from 
  the brush, roller and etc. Cut off any carpet pile and lint entangled 
  at the roller shaft with a pair of scissors.

1. Wash with water and shake firmly about five times with the ducts 
  facing down to drain off the water.
2. Leave it sitting upside down for about 12 hours to dry.

  They will result in cracking and discoloration.

•  When using a chemically treated cloth to clean the unit, follow the instructions provided with the cloth.

1Installing the new dust bag.
•  Hold the bag collar with the catches facing down and slide it right to the bottom along the 
  inner sides of the dust bag insertion guides.

2Push the bag collar in the direction of the arrows shown in figure until\
 it catches on the 
hooks and then close the cover.
•  Push the cover closed until you hear a click sound.
  ※  If you push it too strongly, the body of the vacuum cleaner will tilt over.
  ※  Dust cover cannot be closed without the dust bag installation.

(approximately 60 minutes).

•  Check whether the wands, hose and accessories are blocked. If they are blocked, remove the obstruction.  
•  Check whether the dust compartment is full. If it is full, empty it.
•  Check whether filter is blocked with dust. If it is blocked with dust, clean it first.
•  Arrêtez le nettoyeur et débranchez-le de la prise de courant.
•  Vérifiez que les tubes, tuyau et les accessoires ne sont pas obstrué\

Panasonic Canada Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in m\
aterial and workmanship under normal use and for a 
period as stated below from the date of original purchase agrees to, at \
its option either (a) repair your product with new or 
refurbished parts, (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished equivale\
nt value product, or (c) refund your purchase price. 
The decision to repair, replace or refund will be made by Panasonic Canada Inc. 
This warranty is given only to the original purchaser, or the person for whom it was purchased as a gift, of a Panasonic bran\
d 
product mentioned above sold by an authorized Panasonic dealer in Canada\
 and purchased and used in Canada, which 
product was not sold “as is”, and which product was delivered to y\
ou in new condition in the original packaging.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NO\
T COVER normal wear and 
tear or cosmetic damage. The warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are 
caused by products not supplied by Panasonic Canada Inc., or failures wh\
ich result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, 
mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adj\
ustments, misadjustment of consumer controls, improper 
maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification, introduct\
ion of sand, humidity or liquids, commercial use such 
as hotel, office, restaurant, or other business or rental use of the product, or ser\
vice by anyone other than a Authorized 
Servicer, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. 
Parts such as disposable dust bags, filters, belts, light bulbs and agit\
ator brushes are not covered by this warranty. 
THIS EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING 
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT 
WILL PANASONIC CANADA INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES 
RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
