Cause/solution 81 • The value set for Maximum refresh interval (JPEG/ VGA) on the [Performance] tab of the System page may not be appropriate. Set an appropriate value for Maximum refresh interval (JPEG/VGA) on the [Performance] tab of the System page. • The value set for Max bit rate (per 1 client) on the setup menu of the camera that transmits MPEG-4 images may not be appropriate for the CPU performance of the PC in use.
