LA maximum of 3 parties (including 1 outside 
party) can join a conversation.
Call privacy
Call privacy allows you to prevent other users from 
joining your conversations with outside callers. 
You can turn the feature on for both lines by 
programming the base unit before the call.
To allow other users to  join your conversations, 
leave this feature off. The default setting is  “Off”.

Handset/base unit 
phonebook
The phonebook allows you to make calls without 
having to dial manually. You can add names and 
phone numbers to the handset and base unit 
phonebook independently, and assign each 
phonebook entry to the desired group.
– Handset: up to 100 entries
– Base unit: up to 600 entries
Important:
LYou can also copy phonebook entries from a 
Bluetooth cellular phone to the base unit (page 
47).

Changing group names
The default group name is “Group 1” to “Group 
9 ”.
1Proceed with the operation for your unit.
