not function. Faulty connection

PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
 When using the 
speakerphone on a 
proprietary telephone 
(PT), no sound is heard. The HANDSET/
HEADSET selector is set 
to the HEADSET 
position. When the headset is not used, set the 
HANDSET/HEADSET selector to the 
HANDSET position.
 The PT does not ring.  The ringer volume is set to 
off. Set to HIGH or LOW.

If the PBX does not operate correctly, confirm that the operation/feature is being used correctly and 
refer to the Troubleshooting section if necessary. If the PBX still does not operate correctly, restart the 
PBX.
When the PBX is restarted:
 Calls on Hold are terminated.
 Calls on Exclusive Hold are terminated.
 Calls in progress are terminated.
 Automatic Callback Busy (Camp-on) is cleared.

4.1.5 System Reset with System Data Clear
When the PBX does not operate correctly after restarting, you can clear the programming data stored 
in the PBX. The PBX will restart with the default settings.
1.Make sure that all outside (CO) lines you use are connected to the PBX.
2.Slide the System Clear Switch to the CLR position.
