    This unit is put into recording pause approx. 0.6 seconds after the LCD monitor is reopened.
    ≥When in Quick start standby mode about 60% of the power used in Recording pause 
    mode is being consumed, so the recording time will be reduced.
    ≥ Quick start will not work if there is no SD card inserted.

    This item is used to start the unit demonstration.

    If [DEMO MODE] is switched to [ON] and you press the MENU button when there is no SD 
    card inserted and while this unit is connected to the AC adaptor, the demonstration 
    automatically starts.
    If any operation takes place, the demonstration is canceled. However if no operations take 
    place for approx. 5 minutes, the demonstration automatically starts again. To stop the 
    demonstration, set [DEMO MODE] to [OFF] or insert an SD card.
    This item is used to start the Optical Image Stabilizer demo.

    Select [O.I.S. DEMO] and press the ENTER button, the demonstration automatically starts.
    When you press MENU button, the demonstration will be canceled.
