    							10.4. Condensed Water Drainage.
This air conditio ner employ s a “Slinger-Up System” which is designe d to splash the condensed water on the condenser coil for
maximum cooling efficiency, thus producing a splashing sound. However, due to the humidity variance and drainage possibilities
in the area, customer can choose these drainage options.
    (1) At ex-factory conditio n, a rubber drain cap with hole has
been attached. This will allow condensed water to be
formed up till a certain level for the “Slinger-Up System” and
the excess to be drained out. Install a drain pan for
drainage. This setting will cause some splashing sound.
    (2) However if circumstances are not suitable for drainage,
customers may use the supplie d rubber drain cap without
hole. This will however cause a louder splashing sound but
better cooling efficiency as to the “Slinger-Up System”.

        •
    • • • Drain cap without hole is packed together with
    Operating Instruction bag complete.
    (3) If customer do not want any splashing sound at all and if
circumstances permit drainage, remove the drain cap in
order for the condensed water to be drained out totally.
Install a drain pan for drainage. However, this will cause a
    small loss of performance.
10.5. Drain Pan Installation and Drain Hose Connection.
    (1) Install the Drain Pan at the right corner of the Cabine t with
    2 screws.
    (2) Connec t the drain hose to the outlet of Drain Pan bottom.
