9-8 9.1.17. Removing the WWAN PCB 1. Disconnect the Cables(Gray and Blue) from the WWANPCB. 2. Remove the two Screws and the Screw . 3. 9-9 9.1.20. Removing the KBD Earth Plate 1. Remove the Tape in the direction of arrow. 2. Remove the four Screws and two Screws ,and remove the KBD Earth Plate. Screw : DRHM0093ZA Screw : DXYN2+F12FNL 9.1.21. Removing the Hinge Support R 1. Peel off the Tape and remove the Screw . 2. Disconnect the Cable from the Connector (CN7). 3. Remove the two Screws , and remove the Fan Ass’y. 3. Remove the three Screws , and remove the Fan. 4. Remove the three Screws , and remove the Fan Case Plate. 9-10 9.1.23. Removing the Hinge Support L and MP Hold Plate 1. Peel off the three Tapes and remove the two Cables(Gray and Blue). 2. Remove the six Screws , remove the Hinge Support L and MP Hold Plate. Screw : DRHM0093ZA 9.1.24. Removing th e Battery Connector Ass’y 1. Remove the two Screws and , and remove the Battery Connector Ass’y. 2. Remove the two Screws , and remove the Batt FPC Plate. 3. 9-12 9.2. Reassembly Instructions 9.2.1. Attention when CF-52 series is repaired • Please execute writing BIOS ID when you exchange the Main Board. • You cannot reuse the Conductive Clothes and the heat dissipating parts such as Sheet and Rubber. Use new parts. 9.2.2. Setting the MAIN HIGH PCB Note: After replacing the Main Bo ard, rewrite the BIOS ID. 1. Set the MAIN HIGH PCB to the computer. 2. Fix the MAIN HIGH PCB using the two Screws . No.1, No.2 3. Fix the MAIN HIGH PCB using the two Screws . No.3 to No.6 4. Fix the MAIN HIGH PCB using the two Screws . 5. Connect the Battery Cable to the Connector (CN42).
