    Safety Precautions
    Please make sure to

    In order to prevent accidents or injuries to the user, other people, and damage to property, please follow the 
    instructions below. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
    1.  READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
    2.  To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the power cord, power plug, motor housing or cover in water 
    or other liquid. 
    3.  Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
    4.  Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
    5.  Avoid contacting moving parts.
    6.  Do not operate any appliance with a damaged power cord or power plug or after the appliance malfunctions or 
    has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to an authorized Panasonic service center for examination, 
    repair, or adjustment.
    7.  The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
    8.  Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
    9.  Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
    10. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
    11.  Where applicable, always attach plug to appliance and check that the control is OFF before plugging cord into wall 
    outlet. To disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.

    14.  Keep hands and utensils out of the blender container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons 
    or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.

    16. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blade without the blender container properly attached.
    17. Always operate the blender with the cover in place.
    18.  The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the manufacturer may cause a risk of injury 
    to persons.
    19.  When blending hot liquids, make sure the cover and cap are in place firmly. The cap should be removed only when 
    adding ingredients and when using the tamper.
    20. This appliance is for household use only.

      Modifying, touching on or placing near heating elements, bending,

    Before Use - Disassembly and Assembly -
    Attach the container base holder while aligning 
    the · marks on the container base and 
    container base holder. Then turn it anticlockwise 
    firmly.

    holder to avoid the blender container base 
    falling.

    Insert the blender container base into the blender 
    container after aligning, then turn the container base 
    holder clockwise until it stops turning. ( The “O” 
    mark on the blender container base will align with 
    the line on the blender container.)

    Attach the cover gasket properly onto the cover 
    groove, align the cover with the À mark on the 
    cap. Then turn the cap clockwise until the À mark 
    on the cover aligns well with the 
     portion on the 
    cap and you hear a click sound. (If the cover 
    gasket is not properly installed, liquid may leak 
    through the cover.)
    Place the cover unit on the blender container and 
    press down.

    Adjust blending time by checking the condition of the 
    mixture.
    ~  When you try to set a time out of range, you will hear 
    a beep sound.
    ~  Do not add hot ingredients (over 60 ºC) into the 
    blender container. 
    ~ Add light and soft ingredients first.
    t Hard ingredients: Cut into cubes smaller than 3 cm

    Then plug in and turn the switch on.
    µ Make sure the blender container base and cover unit are

    When using the “frozen” menu selection, insert the tamper 
    from the cover opening instead of attaching the cap.µ  Make sure the blender container is set onto the motor 
    housing correctly, otherwise keys cannot be activated.µ When you wish to use the ice pack, refer to page EN11 for

    Select menu and press “

    is chosen, indicators will return to previous menu selection.

    the blending process is complete.µ If you wish to adjust the blending time, turn the dial to the 
    left or right to respectively make the time shorter or longer 
    before pressing “

    µ Auto menus will stop automatically but if you need to stop 
    during a process, press “ 
     ”.
    µ When you need to use the tamper during blending, follow 
    the instructions on page EN15. (Figure 1: Control panel when 
    choosing menu selection) ~Press on the illustration to choose a menu selection.
    (e.g.: Juice is selected.)

    After you hear beep sounds for completion, wait until the blade stops 
    completely and remove the blender container. Check texture and 
    consistency of the mixture. When you need additional blending, re-set the blender container and use manual mode on page EN17 for 
    additional blending.
    µ Beware of splashing liquid when you open the cover unit vigorously.µ Pour out mixture in the blender container or take out from the blender 
    container by using a rubber scraper or spatula. Do not put your hands in
