    Adjusting the Projector’s Zoom/Focus
    Turn the Zoom Lever to zoom in or zoom out. To focus the im-
    age, turn the focus ring until you see a clear image. The projec-
    tor will focus at distances from 4.92 to 32.80 feet (1.5 to 10.0 
    meters).

    Depending on the type of video source you are viewing, the 
    picture may or may not always look correct or fit on the screen:
    4:3 format
    16:9-I format

    Adjusting the Sloping Image
    If the projector is tilted up or down, the sides of the image on 
    the screen might slope in or out, even though the top and bot-
    tom are level. Using the [Keystone +/-] button to adjust the 
    image.

    Using the Remote Control
    PowerPress [Power] to turns on the projector’s lamp, 
    refer to the “Powering On/Off the Projector” sec-
    tion on page 16~19 for more details.
    4:3Scale the image at a 4:3 aspect ratio.
    16:9-IScale the image at a 16:9 aspect ratio.
    16:9-IIScale to 854x480, then center 800x480 image to 
    display.
    NativeThe input source will be displayed without scal-
    ing.
    DVDChoose DVD source.
    D-SUBChoose Analog RGB/Component sources from 
    VGA/Component/SCART connector.
    S-VIDEOChoose S-Video source from S-VIDEO connector.
    VIDEOChoose composite video source from VIDEO 
    connector.
     Enter Confirm your item selection.

    Display or exits the on-screen display menus for 
    projector.

    Keystone +/-Adjusts image distortion caused by tilting the 
    projector.
    Volume +/-Adjusts to increase/decrease the volume.
    DVD MenuSome DVDs allow you to select the disc con-
    tents using the menu. When you play back these 
    DVDs, you can select the subtitle language and 
    sound-track language, etc. using the menu.

    There are two ways for you to control the functions: with con-

    DisplayDisplay DVD’s states (title; chapter; time; infor-
    mation).
    SubtitleSelect the desired your subtitle language.
    AudioSelect the desired audio language or sound mode.
    Numerical 
    Buttons
    Selects track numbers for playback.
    A-B RepeatRepeats playback of the selected section.
    Angle ButtonChoose the camera angle to see the sequence be-
    ing played back from a different angle.
    When a DVD contains multiple angles of a par-
    ticular scene, you can use the ANGLE function.
     REW ButtonPress to search backward in x2/x4/x8/x20 speed.
     PREV But-
    ton
    Press to skip to the previous title/chapter.
     NEXT But-
    ton
    Press to skip to the next title/chapter.
     FWD But-
    ton
    Press to search forward in x2/x4/x8/x20 speed.
     Play ButtonPress to begin playback.
     Stop ButtonPress to stop playback. 
     Pause But-
    ton
    Press to pause playback. Press the  [Play] but-
    ton to resume normal playback.
    Slow Press to activate slow forward or slow rewind.
    Goto Press to select the desired disc starting time, 
    chapter or title.
    RepeatRepeats playback of the current disc, title, chapter 
    or track.

     Stand By
    Power LED
    Press [Stand By] to turns on the projector’s lamp, 
    refer to the “Powering On/Off the Projector” sec-
    tion on page 16~19 for more details.
    Indicate the projector’s status.
     Lamp LEDIndicate the projector’s lamp status.
     Temp LEDIndicate the projector’s temperature status.

     SourcePress to choose RGB, S-Video, Composite, Com-
    ponent, and HDTV sources.
    ResyncAutomatically synchronizes the projector to the 
    input source.
     EnterConfirm your item selection.
     MenuDisplay or exit the on-screen display menus for 
    projector.

    How to Operate Projector Menu
    1.   To open the OSD menu, press [Projector Menu] on the Remote Con-
    trol or press [Menu] on Control Panel. 
    2.   When OSD is displayed, use   keys to select any item in the 
    main menu. While making a selection on a particular page, press  
     key to enter sub menu.
    3.   Use   keys to select the desired item and adjust the settings by 
      key. 
    4.   Select the next item to be adjusted in the sub menu and adjust as 
    described above.
    5.   Press [Projector Menu]/[Menu] to confirm, and the screen will 
    return to the main menu.
    6.   To exit, press [Projector Menu]/[Menu] again. If you don’t press 
    any key, the projector will automatically disappear after 30 seconds. 
    The OSD menu will close and the projector will automatically save 
    the new settings.
    On-screen Display Menus
    The Projector has multilingual On-Screen Display menus that 
    allow you to make image adjustments and change a variety of 
    settings. The projector will automatically detect the source.
