Click Properties. 5. Click the Color tab. 6. At Toner Saving, make your selection. Print quality is reduced when toner saving is used. If the box has a check mark, the feature is ON. If the box is empty, the feature is OFF. 7. Change any other settings as desired. 8. Click OK. 9. The main Print screen appears. 10. Change any other settings as desired. 11. Click OK. 12. Your printer can print an element that performs as a watermark. This element is separate from the actual contents of a document. Examples are printing SAMPLE or INTERNAL USE ONLY on copies of document. There are three steps in working with Watermarks: 1. Create a watermark. 2. Edit a watermark. 3. Print, using a watermark.
