About the Program Record Form The Program Record Form lets you record the way you configure a customers DIGITAL SYSTEM and shows you how to enter the configuration data into system memory. For each program in the system, there is a form (grid) for recording the programs configuration data codes. Next to each grid are instructions for entering the data codes into system memory from a system programming extension (e.g., a display phone connected to port 00, initially extension 300).
