ACCOUNT CODE CAPABILITY Description Account Codes are user-dialed codes associated with trunk calls. An extension user may enter an Account Code while placing a call or any time while on a call. The system administrator uses Account Codes to restrict and classify trunk calls. The Account Codes print along with the other call data on the SMDR record after the call completes.
