Users of PictBridge-compati ble printers can connect the camera directly to the 
printer and print images without using a computer.
Connecting the Camera to a Printer
1Turn off the camera.
2Turn on the printer.
• Check printer settings.
3Connect the camera to the printer using the included USB 
cable.
•Make sure that the plugs  are properly oriented. Do  not insert or remove the 
plugs at an angle when connecting or disconnecting them.

Print selection
Select images (u p to 99) and the 
number of copies (up to 9) of each.
• Use the multi selector  JK to select 
images, and use  HI to specify the 
number of copies to be printed.
• Images selected for printing are 
indicated by the check mark icon

number of copies to be printed. If no copies have been specified for 
images, the selection is canceled.

When editing movies, use a sufficiently charged battery to prevent the camera 
from turning off during editing. Wh en the battery level indicator is B, movie 
editing is not possible.
BRestrictions on Movie Editing
Movies recorded with  n 1080/60i  or q  1080/50i , or p  iFrame 720/30p 
or  p  iFrame 720/25p  cannot be edited.

Image Quality
Set the image quality (compression ratio) used when saving images.
Lower compression ratios result in higher quality images, but the number of 
images that can be saved is reduced.
